Payment Methods

The prices quoted on the website will include taxes and VAT. All costs incurred will disclosed at the site or in the terms of sales.

There are four different payment methods accepted on our website.

  • Payments by Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Diners or American Express. Choose the Credit Card payment option at Checkout, and you will be redirected to the secure (SSL) page of our Bank. Fill in the info and you will receive a confirmation email shortly.
  • Paypal: Paypal is a company that provides secure and fast payments. You can add money to your Paypal account by Bank or by using your credit card and send the money to pay the product through an easy and safe process.
  • Bank wire or Bank transfer. If you choose bank wire see the payments details below:

In the case of bank transfer, the shipment will be made upon receipt of payment from the bank, so as soon as you’ll send us the payment receipt we will start processing your order.

  • Cash On Delivery (COD): Available only for orders from Greece. Please note that there is a 1.80€ COD Process Charge.
  1. I) Payments directly to our company account are totally safe through European laws and articles related to payment transparency. The fact that we also maintain a physical store, makes it easier to find us.

ii}Are my credit card details safe?

For your convenience, your payment details will be saved on our encrypted server. You can delete your credit card details after you have placed your order by logging in to your account and clicking on “My payment methods”. Select “delete credit card” to remove your payment details from our database.

Your payments are totally safe with us.

Delivery

For the delivery requests in non-EU countries, any customs import duties are the Customer’s responsibility. We therefore encourage you to contact the customs authorities of your country in advance in order to verify the costs and possible import restrictions.

Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to check the following:

(i) The total number of boxes is the same as indicated in the shipping documents.

(ii) Packaging is not damaged, wet or has been tampered with, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal).

(iii) Upon delivery the shipment should be carefully inspected and in case of any packaging damage or a mismatch in the number of packages or their contents, delivery carrier and Samaras Furs company must be immediately notified.

i)For purchases of 200€ (inside Greece) and more there are no shipping charges.

Please note that all our products are made to order (check product description) so the estimated delivery time of your order will be the time we need to make the product plus the shipping time. Note also that most of our products are handmade and the time of production can vary from 3 to 6 days, depending on whether the specific color of the skins exists in our warehouse. If not, we need from 7 to 14 days to produce it. You will informed by an email if we don’t have the specific color of the skins and how long it will take to produce it.

Return Policy

1) If a product is customized especially for your needs we don’t accept returns.

2) For returns made from non-EU countries we accept returns only via regular post office. The return cost is the customer’s responsibility.

3) All goods will be inspected on return and if they’re properly packaged, intact and with all their labels or tags on we will refund the price of the products and not the shipping costs.

A) To return a product bought from our website:

For any problems -including the item’s condition, size, quality or correspondence or completeness of the products- a report must be made within 72 hours from delivery, as provided herein. Otherwise, if the customer exceeds the 72-hour limit, penalties can apply.

B) WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH WHAT I ORDER AND ONCE I GOT IT I DON’T LIKE IT FOR REASONS DIFFERENT THAN RETURN POLICIES:

The purchase of a fur article is an important decision. It will keep you warm, it can last for more than 30 years guaranteed, but don’t forget it’s something 100% real and not a petrol-based product. So, if you order some fur article and you want to return it with no proper explanation or a valid reason, we would be no able to serve you. Every customer before making a fur purchase has to be 100% informed, either from us or either from a proper fur site for what is real fur.

C) The customer will have to fill in every required detail of the Order form on the site and submit it after carefully reviewing the conditions and specifications of the product(s).

D) If the products returned by the customer arrive in damaged, incomplete, dirty or in any condition which can be interpreted without a doubt as they have been used, there will be no refund.

If you try to order a product from our store and the transaction can not be processed, please contact both your bank and us.

”How can you be sure about the size?

Please provide us with the following measurements: Bust, waist, hips and sleeves. Then we will surely be able to make your fur coat fit you perfectly.

All the fur clothes and accessories you will find in our website are made of skins we buy on our own in all certified auctions (SAGA, NAFA, KOPENHAGEN FUR, ALC, SOJUZPUSHNINA) as we are certified fur brokers for more than 35 years.

Data Privacy

We may pass your name and address on to a third part in order to deliver the product to you (for example to our courier or supplier).

Payments that you make through the Site will be processed by Samaras fur and leather company. You must only submit to us or our Agent or the Site information which is accurate and not misleading and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes.
